concepts.
Technical design of REST/Scripted REST APIs, Webhooks, and JSON payload structures.
Development and customization of ServiceNow components (Business Rules, Script Includes, Workflows, ITSM/
ITOM modules).
Configuration and implementation of Grafana ServiceNow data source plugin and required dashboards.
Implementation of automated alert-to-incident integration (Grafana ? ServiceNow).
Development of ServiceNow data visualization integrations within Grafana dashboards (ServiceNow ? Grafana).
Implementation of bi-directional incident synchronization between Grafana and ServiceNow.
Integration testing (unit, system, and interface testing) and defect resolution.
Preparation and execution of production deployment, including transport management and go-live activities.
Documentation of technical design, configuration, and deployment procedures.
