Role: Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
Main Responsibilities:
Design and develop the first version of the product (mobile app + backend).
Define tech stack and architecture.
Set up infrastructure (deployment, CI/CD, analytics, monitoring).
Develop MVP of mobile application (e.g., React Native).
Create backend API.
Integrate payments, authentication, analytics, notifications.
Work closely with CEO on product priorities.
Build engineering processes and participate in hiring future team.
Requirements:
Mandatory Skills:
4+ years of development experience (mobile + backend).
Strong knowledge of at least one cross-platform framework (Flutter or React Native).
Experience building APIs and working with databases.
Understanding of DevOps tools.
Experience publishing apps to App Store and Google Play.
Fluent English.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
German language skills.
Experience in a startup or as Lead Engineer / Tech Lead.
Soft Skills:
Ability to take responsibility and work independently.
Leadership and team-building capabilities.
Strong communication skills.
