📝 Tasks (Responsibilities)
Develop and implement integration and verification strategies aligned with project planning to drive innovative smart products.
Define and continuously optimize general verification procedures based on system requirements and use cases.
Plan and secure timelines, infrastructure, budget, and quality assurance for all verification activities.
Coordinate, execute, and monitor test processes in close collaboration with development and verification teams.
Analyze test results, assess risks, and define quality improvement actions.
Define serial production tests considering risk analyses and statistical methods.
Collaborate closely with project managers, development engineers, verification engineers, validation managers, and external partners.
🎯 Requirements
Mandatory Skills
Completed degree in Computer Science / Electrical Engineering (ETH/Uni/FH)
Several years of experience testing complex interdisciplinary systems (embedded software, electronics, mechanics, sensors)
Strong knowledge in integration & verification processes
Experience with test management tools
Experience with agile methods
Experience in build, release & DevOps test automation
ISTQB Certification Advanced Level
German: Business fluent
English: Spoken & written
Linux OS experience (3-5 years)
JIRA (3-5 years)
Confluence (1-3 years)
Codebeamer (1-3 years)
Nice-to-Have Skills
IoT architecture & device cloud communication
E2E IoT system testing
