For our client in the media industry, we are looking for an experienced Product Operations Executive (m/f/d) to support the international rollout and continuous development of the central CRM platform (Salesforce with ADvendio plug-in). This position is crucial for optimizing processes in the online advertising business and requires a person who is at home in the digital media or AdTech industry. You will be part of a dynamic, multicultural team and work closely with colleagues from all over the world.





Key Information:

- Start Date: October 1, 2025

- Duration: 3 months (with an option to extend until the project ends in August 2026)

- Location: Ingolstadt (80% remote)

- Max. hourly rate (remote and on-site): €75.00

- Project language: English



Tasks:

- Test Planning and Coordination: You will plan, coordinate, and execute testing activities for new product releases (features and bug fixes) on our Salesforce/ADvendio platform.

- User Acceptance Testing (UAT): You will organize the participation of key users from various countries in UAT and ensure their feedback is collected efficiently.

- Test Case Management: In coordination with the product and business teams, you will create practical test cases that reflect real-world scenarios from the advertising sales cycle.

- Testing & Documentation: You will conduct tests together with key users and meticulously document the results in tools such as Jira and Confluence.

- Bug Tracking: You are responsible for recording, tracking, and communicating bugs and ensuring they are resolved.

- Rollout Support: You will ensure "rollout readiness" by making sure all critical bugs are fixed before the go-live.

- Communication & Training: You will create easy-to-understand communication, documentation, and training materials for new releases, specifically tailored to our Sales and Ad Operations teams.

- Point of Contact: You will act as the technical point of contact for users during the test and rollout phases and escalate problems to the appropriate channels when necessary.

- Operational Support: You will support the Product Owner with operational tasks to drive the delivery of product features and improvements.



Skills:

- Professional experience in the online advertising, AdTech, or digital media industry (or retail). You understand the processes and challenges in this environment (e.g., in the context of Retail Media, Google Ad Manager, publisher ad sales).

- Proven, hands-on experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce. Experience with ADvendio is desirable.

- Experience in a comparable operational role (e.g., Product Operations, Sales Operations, CRM Specialist, Application Manager, or Senior QA).

- Solid knowledge of software testing methods (Functional, Regression, UAT).

- Proficient in using project and ticketing tools (preferably Jira, Confluence) as well as MS Office and G Suite.

- Process Understanding: A good understanding of the digital "lead-to-cash" process in advertising sales.

- Excellent written and verbal English skills for smooth collaboration within the international team.

- German skills: min. A2 level.
