New Project Opportunity for Docebo LMS Specialist

For our client we are looking for a Docebo LMS Specialist:



Your Responsibilities

- System Administration & Configuration

- Responsible for the administration, maintenance, and further development of the Docebo Learning Management System.

- Setup and customization of learning paths, courses, user roles, and permissions.

- Ensure system performance and coordinate with Docebo support as well as internal IT teams.

- Content & Course Management

- Upload, organize, and maintain e-learning modules, training videos, and instructional materials.

- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create and implement targeted learning content.

- Ensure a consistent and high-quality learning experience.

- User Support & Training

- Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders and end users regarding LMS-related questions.

- Conduct training sessions and create guidelines for optimal system use.

- Troubleshoot and support technical or content-related issues.

- Reporting & Compliance

- Generate reports, analyses, and dashboards on learning activities and training effectiveness.

- Continuous Improvement & Innovation

- Identify new features and best practices to continuously enhance the LMS.

- Work closely with HR, Compliance, and Business Units to strategically support Learning & Development.



Qualification:

- Experience in managing Learning Management Systems, ideally with Docebo.

- Technical aptitude and the ability to administer complex systems.

- Knowledge of e-learning standards (SCORM, xAPI) is a plus.

- Experience in regulated environments (Pharma/Life Sciences) is desirable.

- Strong communication and project management skills.

- English is a must have, German a nice to have

- Start: 01.10.2025

- Dauer: 6 months

- Auslastung: 20 hours/week

- Einsatzort: remote. For the Kick-Off a few days on-site in Frankfurt am Main
