Projektbeschreibung:

General Purpose: The aim of this project is the transformation of the existing utilities systems to SAP S/4HANA using the SAP Activate methodology up to the Explore phase. The external consultant will act as the Utilities Lead Device Logistics and ensure that all activities within the Prepare and Explore phases are completed, so that all relevant business processes and logistical operations can be efficiently and effectively integrated into the new system in the next project phase. Detailed Scope of Work: The external consultant will perform the following tasks: Analysis of existing device logistics processes Creation of requirement analyses and business process documentation Conducting workshops and training sessions to identify and validate requirements Development of solution concepts and proposals Outcome: At the end of the Explore phase, a detailed project plan, requirement analysis, business process documentation, solution concepts will be available. There will be a clear understanding of the necessary adjustments and integrations to successfully migrate the device logistics processes to SAP S/4HANA. Deliverables: Analysis of existing processes: Outcome/Work Product: Documented analysis of existing device logistics processes Acceptance Criteria: Complete and accurate analysis covering all relevant business processes and validated by stakeholders. Creation of requirement analyses: Outcome/Work Product: Detailed requirement analysis documents Acceptance Criteria: Clear and complete requirements approved by stakeholders. Conducting workshops and training sessions: Outcome/Work Product: Minutes and training materials from the workshops Acceptance Criteria: Documented results and feedback from the workshops supporting the further project progress. Development of solution concepts: Outcome/Work Product: Solution concept documents Acceptance Criteria: Realistic and actionable solution concepts that meet the requirements and are approved by stakeholders. SAP will assess the deliverables based on the defined acceptance criteria and through regular reviews and validation workshops. The results will be documented and presented to stakeholders for approval. Process for managing scope changes Scope changes must be documented in writing and added as an update to the scope. Changes must not be made verbally ad-hoc during deployment. All changes must be initiated through a formal change request and approved by the relevant stakeholders. Details on task coordination How the sequence and priority of tasks are managed: Tasks are documented and prioritised in a central project plan. The sequence of tasks is determined based on dependencies and critical paths. Regular project status meetings are conducted to monitor progress and adjust priorities. Who decides when a task should be carried out: The project manager, in collaboration with the Utilities Lead Device Logistics and stakeholders, decides on the execution of tasks. Decisions are made based on the project plan and available resources. This Delivery Scope Description ensures that the project is clearly structured and efficiently executed to guarantee the successful transformation of utilities device logistics to SAP S/4HANA.



Aufgabenbeschreibung:

- Responsible for the implementation and configuration of device logistics in S/4HANA Utilities, including materials management, warehouse management, goods receipt, and inventory management.

- Expertise in device master data management, testing, and certification of measuring devices.

- Experience with installation processes, assembly/disassembly, change processes, and iMSys parameterization.

- Knowledge in integration with workforce management systems for order processing and assembly feedback.

- Understanding of the specific requirements of device logistics in the context of DSO/gMSB and suppliers.

- Deep understanding of integration with other modules such as contract management and billing.

- Integrative knowledge of measurement product management.

- Responsible for the implementation of energy balancing in S/4HANA Utilities, including balance group management and balancing workbench.

- Expertise in balancing master data, balancing units, documents, and execution. Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements, e.g., MaBiS and GABI Gas.

- Experience with the integration of energy balancing with other modules such as energy logistics and contract management.

- Understanding of the specific requirements of balancing in various market roles.

- Knowledge of the meter-to-cash add-on by Prologa GmbH for gas balancing.
