Remote Share: Hybrid - on-site for meetings & test workshops in Zurich



Responsibilities



Ensure high‑quality and correct testing throughout the project.

Understand test cases from business teams and adjust if needed.

Upload and manage test cases in Jira XRay.

Plan and organize the testing process.

Coordinate testing execution with Migros companies.

Ensure compliance: traceability, test evidence, data protection.

Ensure clarity and comprehensibility of test cases.

Report to project management and inform stakeholders.

Coordinate test management with external implementation partners.



Mandatory Skills



Experience in test management of IT software projects.

Experience as a Project Manager or Test Manager.

German (mandatory).



Nice‑to‑Have Skills



Experience in HR environment / HR processes.

French (strong advantage).

English (desirable).

Italian (desirable).



Soft Skills



Strong coordination abilities.

Clear communication with cross‑company stakeholders.

Ability to ensure compliance and quality.

Structured, proactive working style.
