Main Responsibilities
Install, maintain and support workplace infrastructure according to defined standards
Troubleshoot issues and support users with application and infrastructure problems
Handle IAM requests: create/delete accounts, assign/remove permissions, advise users
Maintain hardware/software inventories in CMDB
Resolve assigned tickets within SLA
Create documentation and knowledge articles for various audiences
Support AV technology in meeting rooms
Manage and support printer infrastructure
Requirements
Mandatory Skills
Office applications and Windows/M365 environment
Support experience with Windows 11 clients
Support experience with Citrix clients
Support experience with M365
German: C2
English: B2
