Must have Strong troubleshooting abilities across both hardware and software.Ability to work independently on-site while maintaining communication with remote IT teams for global IT.A proactive, customer focused attitude.A general understanding of Active Directory and users permissionsWorking knowledge of Networking fundamentals, such as:LAN/WAN, Basic switch and network diagnostics; IP addressing, DHCP/DNS, VPNs, WhitelistingUse of monitoring and remote support tools, i.e, Teamviewer, nagiosis, StratodeskPrevious experience in a manufacturing or factory setting.Knowledge of operational technology (OT) and factory-floor devices.Some experience of operational applications like PowerBI reports would be nice to have
