Anspruchsvolles Cloud-Plattform-Projekt im Energiesektor mit umfassenden Aufgaben und flexiblem Remote-Modell, aber der fehlende Stundensatz, unklare Projektdauer und die Wahl zwischen zwei Standorten (Frankfurt oder Berlin) ohne Klarheit zur genauen Lokation sind Schwachpunkte.

Im Rahmen eines innovativen Plattform Projektes im Energiesektor suchen wir im Auftrag unseres Kunden nach Unterstützung im Delivery and Operations Management Service (m/w/d). Die Tätigkeit erfolgt weitestgehend Remote und nach Absprache ca. 1 mal im Monat für paar Tage am Stück in Frankfurt oder Berlin.

The Product Line is responsible for a product portfolio central to the plattform, consisting of an Infrastructure as a Service Product, a managed Kubernetes Service, a resource management service to facilitate scalable management of platform permissions and a service lifecycle workflow engine enabling. The team also provides a centralized Observability as a Service Offering and builds the central container image registry and deployment tooling for all Kubernetes based deployements. All services together constitute a core part of an on-premise private cloud platform for all business applications, including IT/OT critical applications required for maintaining and operating the grid. For the whole product portfolio, the product line owns the complete product flow, from product management, architecture, delivery up until Tier 3 operations.

Objective: Coordination of timely delivery
Tasks:
• Coordination and providing of a structure of operational activities to delivery to ensure products specified by
product management and designed by the architecture are delivered on time.
• Development of comprehensive project plans, track progress, and monitor all activities within the Product Line to
ensure alignment with project objectives and timelines

Objective: Release and dependency Management
Task:
• Overseeing and proactively management of dependencies in coordination with stakeholders such as architecture,
product management, and the DevOps.

Objective: Quality Assurance, Continuous Improvement and Risk management
Task:
• Consulting of QA to implement and enforce quality assurance measures, ensuring high-quality products and services.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, efficiency enhancements
• Proactively identifying and mitigating risks impacting project delivery or quality, ensuring smooth project execution.

Objective: Technical Implementation of Processes
Task:
• Initial Analysis of current software development process within the Product Line and give recommendations on optimizing
• Technical implementation of recommended optimization
• Consulting on migration of current tools for DevOps-processes to new solutions
• Conceptualization of workshops in the application of the new way of working in the PL actively to the new
requirements

Objective: Incident Management and Change Management
Task:
• Initial analysis and validation of incidents, classification and triage of incidents
• Initiate communication and connect relevant roles required for timely troubleshooting and incident resolution
• Initial Analysis of current software development process within the Product Line and give recommendations

Profile Requirements
a senior level professional with 4+ years of experience in delivery and operations management of private cloud solutions, proficiency in managing Kubernetes delivery and integrating services on the platform. Proven ability
to structure operational topics related to engineering team delivery, including CI/CD processes, GitOps, quality assurance, and testing.

Must-have experience
• Proven project experience in software engineering in an agile setting, including CI/CD and release management
• Experience in structuring and reporting against timelines, managing dependencies and solving issues without
external triggers
• Experience working in complex project settings with different types of stakeholders and a central role in managing
issues and communicating relevant information
Experience in serving as an interface between stakeholders with different objectives and goals
• Experience performing operations tasks (incident/problem/change management), reporting against operational
targets (SLAs)
• Proven project experience in either delivery or operations working for critical infrastructure providers (TSOs, Energy
Market) which require high availability and private cloud on premise infrastructure

Must-have language skills:
• Fluent English (spoken and written, at least B2 level)

Preferred experience
• Broad technical understanding of cloud services from AWS, GCP, or Azure, including:
o Kubernetes
o Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
o Observability / Monitoring
• Proficiency in both speech and writing in German or Ukrainian (at least C1)
