Project: Oracle Database Migration – Oracle Database@Azure



Responsibilities:

    •    Plan and execute the migration of Oracle databases to OD@Azure

    •    Perform pre-migration assessments (e.g. using CPAT) and coordinate access and network requirements

    •    Collaborate with migration partners (e.g. via Oracle ZDM)

    •    Maintain the migration CMDB and pre-migration test suite for validating environments

    •    Provide technical consulting on architecture, infrastructure, and migration strategy

    •    Infrastructure in Azure and Oracle Cloud (OCI)

    •    Develop migration solutions in collaboration with stakeholders



Skills:

    •    Experience as Oracle DBA (19c, 23ai), including tuning, backup/recovery, multitenant

    •    Familiarity with Oracle ZDM and Oracle Database@Azure (Exadata, ADB-S)

    •    Competence in data validation and transformation during migrations

    •    Scripting: PL/SQL, Python, Bash, Terraform, OCI Functions

    •    Knowledge of OCI and Azure infrastructure and basic cloud security concepts

    •    nice to have: Basic Linux admin skills (OEL, RHEL, SLES)

    •    Experience working in agile environments (SCRUM, Kanban) and communicating with stakeholders

    •    Linux (OEL, RHEL, SLES)

    •    Monitoring: OCI Monitoring, Azure Monitor

Projektdauer: 12 Monate mit Option zur Verlängerung

Auslastung: Vollzeit (100%) / 8 Stunden am Tag
