Project Manager



Location : Brugg

Duration: 6 months + (extension very likely)

Extension Option: Yes

Contract Type: Service agreement and Personalverleih

Workload: 80-100%

On-site: 2-3 days per week in Brugg



Responsibilities (Tasks)



Create and maintain detailed project plans (tasks, milestones, resources, timelines)

Manage IT project budgets and track expenses

Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies

Maintain and update project documentation

Communicate with stakeholders: executives, business units, end-users, vendors

Vendor/supplier management including SLAs and coordination

Ensure quality standards for all project deliverables

Execute change management processes and perform impact analyses





Requirements

Mandatory Skills



Strong project management skills (planning, resourcing, risk, budget)

Agile + traditional PM methodologies

Leadership, stakeholder communication, conflict management

Experience with change management & organizational readiness

Ability to handle multiple priorities

Analytical & problem‑solving skills

MES

CRM

DWH

Power BI

Cloud computing

Security





German & English (both fluent)

Manufacturing industry background

Knowledge of processes: Sales, Projects, Procurement, Production, Logistics, Warehouse, Finance
