Tasks



Ensure structured, transparent, methodical execution of complex cross‑functional development projects

Support fact-based decision‑making for teams and leadership

Safeguard adherence to governance and processes

Drive cross‑functional alignment

Continuously improve execution performance across the organization

Coordinate stakeholders across engineering, production, quality, procurement, and product management

Create decision-ready analyses, status reports, steering documents

Manage risks, issues, and structured change processes



Mandatory Skills



Strong understanding of business-economic correlations, cost structures, and scenario evaluation

Extensive experience in structured execution of complex cross-functional development projects

Experience coordinating or leading interdisciplinary technical projects (mechatronic, embedded, system-level)

Proficiency with project management tools, processes, governance frameworks

Proven stakeholder coordination across engineering, production, quality, procurement, product management

Experience preparing decision-ready analyses, status reports, steering documents

Ability to manage risks, issues, structured change processes

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, IT, or related field
