Senior DevOps Engineer (CI/CD)



Start: ASAP

End: Initial 12 months (expected 2-3 years)

Total Duration: 12 months + expected extension

Contract Type: Personalverleih OR Service Agreement

Location: Ideally 2-3 days/week onsite in Bern (negotiable)



Responsibilities



Develop, maintain, and enhance CI/CD pipelines

Manage and optimize Git-based development workflows

Implement and operate deployment pipelines using Argo CD and Jenkins

Maintain monitoring, observability, and logging solutions (ELK Stack, Grafana)

Operate and troubleshoot OpenShift-based environments

Ensure secure secrets management with HashiCorp Vault

Collaborate with development, operations, and architecture teams

Support ongoing data synchronization challenges (SymmetricDS experience is a plus)



Mandatory Skills



Several years of experience as a Senior DevOps Engineer in enterprise environments

Deep understanding of automation and deployment practices

Professional-level English (German beneficial)

ELK Stack

Grafana

OpenShift

HashiCorp Vault
