Role: Salesforce Security Analyst
Hiring Mode: Freelance contract of 6 months with extension possible
Location: Barcelona, Spain/Municg, Germany (remote with possible onsite Barcelona/Munich)

Salesforce Security Analyst
(Operational / Execution role—monitoring, assessment, evidence gathering)
Purpose
The Salesforce Security Analyst supports the operational execution of security controls, monitoring, and compliance activities within the Salesforce Security Service. The role ensures security posture visibility, incident response readiness, and ongoing risk mitigation across Allianz’s Salesforce landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Performdaily and weekly monitoring of Salesforce orgs using Security Center, Shield Event Monitoring, and other tools.
Executevulnerability and configuration reviews (permissions, APIs, system integrations).
Support implementation ofsecurity policies and guidelines, ensuring alignment across orgs.
Manage and maintainsecurity documentation (risk register, access review reports, control evidence).
Performuser access reviews and validate profiles and permission sets against Allianz IAM standards.
Assist inincident triage and initial investigation in coordination with central security teams.
Track remediation actions following hardening exercises and risk assessments.
Preparecompliance reports and dashboards for management (KPIs, audit evidence).
Support the Salesforce Security Architect in testing new security tools or configurations.
Collaborate with vendor teams, OEs, and Allianz Security stakeholders during rollouts.
Requirements
3–5 years of Salesforce administrative or technical experience with security exposure.
Hands-on experience withSalesforce Shield, Security Center, or similar security modules.
Familiarity with Salesforce setup auditing, permission set management, and event log analysis.
Understanding of security frameworks and controls (access management, least privilege, segregation of duties).
Good analytical skills, attention to detail, and structured documentation habits.
Certifications preferred:
Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator
Salesforce Security & Identity Specialist (nice to have)
CompTIA Security+ or equivalent (optional)
Comfortable working in an international, multi-org environment.
