Your impact: As Medical Lead, you'll be the strategic driver behind our hematologic oncology portfolio. You'll lead and develop a high-performing team, shape medical strategy across the product lifecycle, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure scientific excellence and patient-centric innovation.

Key responsibilities:



Define and execute the medical strategy for hematologic oncology

Lead pre-launch and launch activities with cross-functional partners

Drive external engagement with scientific leaders and stakeholders

Oversee real-world evidence generation and data dissemination

Foster team development and a culture of innovation



Your profile:



Advanced degree in medicine or life sciences

Strong background in hematology/oncology

5+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech industry

2+ years in leadership roles

Strategic thinker with excellent communication and collaboration skills
