For our client in the fashion industry, we are looking for a Product Designer (f/m/d) to deliver the following services.AufgabenRole Focus: Lead the design process across two key areas:Return to Merchants: A-goods liquidation and Defect liquidation: Complete design process from problem definition to front-end development quality assurance for overstock A-goods and defective goods.Inbound Maintenance and QA: Ongoing maintenance of design solutions, adapting to evolving requirements, and conducting quality assurance checks.Responsibilities:Design Solution Maintenance: Ongoing adaptation of designs to evolving requirements throughout development.Design Quality Assurance (QA): Conduct checks to ensure designs meet standards and address feasibility issues.Problem Definition and Research: Understand core problems by reviewing existing research and documentation.Concept Development and Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate with Product Managers to develop concepts and align stakeholders.Design Review and Iteration: Facilitate reviews, gather feedback, and iterate on designs.Design Handoff to Engineering: Prepare and hand over finalized designs with specifications and documentation for seamless implementation. QualifikationenExperience: You have at least 5 years of product design experience including the design of complex B2B solutions. Ideally you have some experience with fulfillment, logistics, e-commerce or SaaS B2B.Craft: You have a good understanding of the end-to-end iterative design process including how to apply research, design thinking, user stories, journey mapping, wire-framing, prototyping, user testing, and high-fidelity visuals to achieve human-centered design solutions across holistic customer journeys. Proficiency with Figma is a must.Complexity: You have worked on ambiguous strategic projects, are able to create clarity amid uncertainty, and can guide team members through such projects.Collaboration: You work collaboratively with product managers, engineers, other designers, stakeholders and users to understand and define the foundational problems and to bring to life exceptional experiences for our customers.Delivery: You scope and define deliverables and ensure developers have everything they need to build the designed solution.
