For one of our clients we are searching for an Apparel Designer (m/f/d) for sports wear based on a contract. Tasks: Concept Creation: Develop consumer-relevant performance apparel concepts based on trend and market analysis.Consumer Research: Analyze consumer needs and trends; summarize findings in reports.Apparel Design: Create detailed performance apparel designs, including construction and technical details.Material Selection: Identify and document performance fabrics and trims.3D Digital Garments: Produce virtual 3D prototypes using Clo3D.Visualization: Build design boards and visual materials in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.Tech Pack Creation: Prepare complete technical packages (sketches, BOM, construction details, measurements, color specifications).Garment Fitting: Evaluate samples against tech packs, document deviations, and propose adjustments.Design-to-Cost: Ensure designs align with target price points.Color Upload: Manage color merchandising pages and upload style variations into digital systems.Deliverables include:Concept presentationsConsumer analysis reportsDesign packages (incl. visuals & tech packs)Fitting analysis reports Requirements: Proven expertise in performance apparel designStrong skills in 3D garment creation (Clo3D)Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)Experience with technical design documentation (tech packs)Deep understanding of consumer insights and cultural training trendsAbility to work independently and deliver full design packagesStrong knowledge of performance materials and fabricsExperience in design-to-cost approachesAbility to analyze garment fit and constructionFamiliarity with color merchandising and upload processesExcellent communication and presentation skills in English Rahmendaten: Period: 06.10.25-16.02.26 Volume: 57 days Remote: 90 % / 10% onsiteLanguages: English If you are interested, please send us your skill profile as a PDF file, stating your hourly rate and availability.
