Job title: Freelance IT Business Relationship Manager Saftey (m/f/d)

Duration of the project : approx. 12 months

Project volume: 100% | approx. 2040 hours

Location: Hannover Metropolian Area | On site as much as possible preferred



Tasks:

- Act as the primary link between Safety business functions and IT

- Align IT initiatives with business goals, regulatory requirements, and technology trends

- Translate business strategies into actionable IT projects and solutions

- Analyze and document safety-related business processes to ensure fit-for-purpose IT systems

- Advise stakeholders on IT capabilities and serve as a trusted partner in decision-making

- Lead or support requirements gathering, solution design, and implementation in the Safety domain

- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards, including GxP validation

- Manage or contribute to IT projects, including cross-functional and division-wide initiatives

- Collaborate with external vendors to deliver quality solutions on time and in line with business needs

- Provide input to support prioritization and justification of IT initiatives



Qualifications:



Must-Haves:

- 5–8 years of IT experience in a international company (healthcare preferred)

- Expertise in IT systems supporting safety-related business processes

- Strong project management skills; formal certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) desirable

- Knowledge of GxP validation and regulatory compliance

- Experience in vendor management and contract oversight

- Solid understanding of relevant IT technologies and platforms

- Strong cross-functional, intercultural, and networking abilities

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Fluent English skills



Nice-to-Haves:

- Familiarity with safety systems (e.g., incident management, risk assessment, compliance tools)

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

- Fluency in German
