Proven experience delivering 2-3 smaller Lean projects in production environments, ideally within regulated industries.
Strong understanding of Lean principles and ability to apply tools such as VSM, SMED, 5S, A3, and Kaizen.
Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Fluent German and good English proficiency.
Willingness to travel up to 50% for project execution.
Why Join?
Be part of a mission-driven organization that directly impacts patient health and quality of life.
Work in a regulated manufacturing environment where your expertise in Lean will drive tangible improvements.
