Test Engineer

Workload: 80-100% Start Date: Immediately Duration: Until at least end of September Work Model: 3 days onsite (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday) + 2 days remote

About the Role

The team is looking for an experienced Test Engineer with a strong C# background to support ongoing software development and test automation efforts. The position focuses on automating tests for new features and ensuring high-quality releases while the internal engineer is absent.

Responsibilities



Develop, maintain, and enhance automated tests using C#

Implement and execute UI tests with Cypress

Create and maintain SpecFlow test cases based on the Given-When-Then BDD approach

Collaborate closely with the project team during feature development

Ensure new features are covered by automated tests

Perform test execution, analysis, debugging, and documentation

Contribute to continuous improvement of the test automation framework and processes

Work in an agile environment with cross-functional teams



Required Skills & Experience



Strong experience in C# development and test automation

Hands-on experience with Cypress UI testing

Solid knowledge of SpecFlow (nice to have) and BDD workflows

Experience working in software engineering or QA automation roles

Structured, analytical, and quality-focused mindset

Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently



Nice-to-Have Skills



Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

Familiarity with agile development methodologies

Understanding of software architecture and test strategies
