We are currently looking for our client for a Consulting (Team of 3) Service Request Catalogue Management ServiceNow (m/f/d).
Your tasks will include:
- Consulting on the setup and operation of the Service Request Catalogue in ServiceNow (Backlog ~280 PT, >70 requests)
- Functional Steering & Governance (PO):
- Backlog management & prioritization
- Stakeholder workshops & alignment
- Release/iteration planning, KPI reporting
- Requirements Management & Processes (BA):
- Gathering & structuring of requirements
- Creation of user stories & acceptance criteria
- Process analysis & design, harmonization of fulfilment
- ServiceNow Expertise (SME):
- Consulting on best practices for the ServiceNow catalogue
- Support in fulfilment design & testing
- Guidance on quality assurance, consistency & scalability
Your profile:
- Proven project experience with ServiceNow (Service Catalogue / ITSM)
- Solid knowledge of ITIL v4 & agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Strong skills in requirements management & process design
- Experience as Product/Process Owner incl. stakeholder management
- Fluent in English (spoken & written)
Project setup:
- Workload: 3x full-time roles (5 days/week)
- Initial duration: 6 months
- Location: Remote
- Rate: Negotiable
