Quality Specialist (m/f/d)

For one of our end customers in the autonomous mobility sector, we are currently looking for aQuality Specialist (Freelance Basis)Tasks:Streamline software testing and delivery processes within the Fleet Control environmentDefine test strategies, test plans, and test cases based on business and product requirementsConduct automated and manual tests to validate software functionality, including end-to-end testing of the Remote Operator JourneyCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration across the Remote Operator flowSupport the team in improving quality standards and share best practices for testing and automationParticipate in issue investigation and bug tracking, ensuring stakeholders are continuously informedEvaluate and implement testing tools and frameworks to improve efficiencyFoster a culture of quality within the team and ensure confidence in release readiness Requirements:Proven experience in software quality assurance and test automationStrong understanding of agile methodologies and software delivery lifecycleSolid programming skills for automation (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or similar)Experience working with cross-functional teams in a collaborative environmentExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsExperience in end-to-end testing and user journey validationFamiliarity with testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, etc.) is a plus33 Project Details:Location: Remote / Onsite in Germany possibleStart: ASAPDuration: 3+ monthsWorkload: Full-time preferredRemote share: High (Remote-first setup)Language skills: English fluent, German is a plus If you are interested, we look forward to receiving your skill profile as a PDF, including your hourly rate and availability.If this opportunity isn’t a fit for you at the moment, feel free to recommend someone from your network.
