We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (IT) to lead a critical global SAP Time Management rollout across our international organization.

Location: Hybrid model, primarily (90%) remote, 1 or 2 days per month in Stuttgart, no further travel activities expected
Project Scope: Large-scale, multi-country implementation (>2,000 employees) covering various international locations, specifically Europe, and ideally including APAC and the Middle East regions in phased waves.
The candidate should have experience in Time Management, or SAP SuccessFactors project management. He/she should be based in Europe to work within the EU timezone and be familiar with EU regulations including GDPR and worker council requirements. To be successful in this role, the candidate must demonstrate a strong track record and possess the following mandatory skills: Experience: 8–12 years of professional experience in IT Project and/or Program Management. SAP Domain Expertise: Minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on experience leading large-scale SAP projects focused on: SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking OR SAP HCM Time Management (CATS) OR equivalent SAP HR Time projects. Rollout Experience: Proven track record of managing and successfully delivering complex multi-country / international rollouts, particularly across Europe and ideally including APAC and/or the Middle East. Scale: Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale implementations impacting over 2,000 employees. Certifications: Active certification in Project Management, such as PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or equivalent. Legislation Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of international time & attendance legislation (EU + CH). Language: Fluent Business English (written and verbal). German is optional but advantageous. Highly Desirable Skills (Nice-to-Haves) SAP SuccessFactors certification. Familiarity with German Works Council processes. Integration experience with payroll systems (e.g., SAP Payroll, Strada, local providers). Knowledge of German ArbZG/EuGH legislation.
