Für unseren Kunden suchen wir ab Mitte 12/2025 einen Process Manager (m/w/d) Program Management, DevOps & Cloud Platform für den voraussichtlichen Zeitraum bis 05/2026 mit der Option auf Verlängerung. In diesem großen Greenfield-Projekt kann unter Nutzung moderner Technologien ein Beitrag zur Energiewende geleistet werden. Das Projekt ist als Vollzeitbeschäftigung geplant. Mindestens 3 Tage pro Monat finden vor Ort in Frankfurt am Main oder Berlin statt.

Project Description:
The team is building an internal platform for software product developers to accelerate the development and delivery of software products to tackle the massive challenges facing the energy sector. The Platform is a service oriented, cloud-native platform that is being built to provide application teams with self-service capabilities to develop, run and operate their software products. The Platform provides services for application infrastructure, data, service lifecycle management, application build and delivery as well as services to operate their software products. The platform is deployed as a hybrid cloud, encompassing both private cloud and selected public clouds.

Targets in that Position:
- Program Delivery Process Manager: Improve predictability of Product Delivery
- Acceleration of Software Delivery: Improve overall delivery speed by optimizing engineering workflows, increasing automation, and leveraging modern planning technologies and methodologies.
- Detailed process definition: Own the definition of the delivery processes, release processes, bug processes, enhancements, etc.

Must have:
- In-depth knowledge and application of the full software development lifecycle, with substantial hands-on experience in both agile and scrum methodologies
- Extensive experience negotiating with diverse stakeholders to align on and achieve strategic objectives within complex organizational environments.
- Demonstrated success in leading major technical programs in multinational, fast-paced settings, consistently delivering results in challenging contexts.
- Broad and hands-on expertise in risk and dependency management, ensuring proactive identification and mitigation of potential project blockers.
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving abilities, proven across a variety of technical and organizational challenges.
- Comprehensive understanding, gained through practical application, of project management processes and quality assurance practices.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, honed through years of stakeholder engagement and project leadership
- Recognized as an expert in agile methodologies, with a proven ability to implement and adapt agile practices for optimal delivery.
- Highly experienced with JIRA as a power user, including designing custom reports, building automation workflows, crafting complex queries, and optimizing project tracking to meet team and organizational needs.
- Practical experience implementing DevOps principles across projects, including the setup and management of CI/CD pipelines and the integration of infrastructure automation tools to streamline development and deployment.
- Solid background working with cloud platforms, possessing a clear understanding of core services and architectural building blocks necessary for scalable, reliable solutions.
