-Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, analyse gaps, and design scalable solutions.
-Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless integration with related modules (PA, OM, Time Management).
-Provide post-go-live support and continuous process improvements.
-Prepare documentation such as functional specifications, test scripts, and user manuals.
