Purpose of the Service
 
The service focuses on identifying and resolving service, technical, and commercial quality gaps across IT infrastructure. It involves driving process improvements, supporting strategic initiatives, and ensuring transparency and compliance in service and financial operations. Key tools include ServiceNow, Jira, and close collaboration with service managers and infrastructure leadership.

Deep ITIL/ITSM Expertise: Proven ability to identify and fix systemic quality gaps in IT infrastructure processes. ServiceNow & Jira Mastery: Expert hands-on skills to design, implement, and industrialize quality management workflows and tracking. Enforcement & Drive: Strong track record of rigorously tracking and enforcing countermeasures and action items. Commercial/Financial Control: Experience in auditing budget spend processes and investigating financial/billing discrepancies. Complex Problem Solving: Ability to resolve cross-product, systemic issues. Location/Language: German and English fluency, with high willingness to work 3-5 days/week on-site near Stuttgart
