Responsibilities:

•    Standards Implementation: Upgrade and standardise backend racks, cabling, servers, networking, workstations, printers, and other IT infrastructure in Marktoberdorf facility in collaboration with global teams

•    Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all IT processes and systems.

•    Third-Party Coordination: Collaborate with third-party contractors to ensure seamless integration and support.

•    Task Management: Prioritize and manage tasks using the Azure DevOps board.

•    Agile Team Participation: Actively participate in an agile team environment.

•    Language Proficiency: Communicate effectively in both English and German, both orally and in writing.

•    Travel Requirements: Ability to travel within the country and across the EU, including the UK.

•    Regional Support: Support other infrastructure projects within the region, including Austria.

•    Communication: Effectively communicate with all stakeholders onsite and remote. Provide update reports.

•    User Training: Provide one-on-one training sessions for onsite users to support their IT needs.

•    Desktop Upgrades: Upgrade desktop workstations to Windows 11.

•    System Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance and upgrades to ensure the reliability and performance of IT systems.

•    Desktop Support : day to day IT support of service reqeusts for onsite associates.

•    Security Management: Implement and enforce IT security measures to protect company data and systems.

•    Innovation: Identify and introduce innovative solutions to improve IT infrastructure and processes.

•    Statement of Works: Create statements of work to have engineers onsite to complete necessary tasks.



Skills and Qualifications:

•    Proficiency in IT infrastructure management, including servers, networking, and desktop support.

•    Strong documentation skills.

•    Experience working with third-party contractors.

•    Familiarity with Azure DevOps and agile methodologies.

•    Bilingual proficiency in English and German.

•    Willingness and ability to travel within the EU and UK.

•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

•    Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and new technologies in a fast-paced environment.

•    Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and reliability of IT systems and documentation.

•    Security Awareness: Strong understanding of IT security principles and practices to protect company data and systems.
