Tasks



Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Owner, System Architect, Solution Architect, System Engineers).

Translate complex business/customer needs into technical concepts and communicate them effectively.

Design and develop innovative software solutions for embedded diagnostics systems.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and system quality attributes (scalability, reliability, performance, maintainability, etc.).

Oversee correct implementation of architectural concepts within Scrum teams.

Maintain technical alignment across the ART (Agile Release Train).

Guide the team in best software engineering practices (reviews, CI/CD, testing).

Act as a mentor, promoting collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement.



Requirements

Mandatory Skills



Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Software Development / Engineering for embedded systems.

Strong knowledge of React.

Experience developing embedded user interfaces using Rust, C++, or similar.

Ability to manage, steer, and review software code delivered by external teams.

Strong technical leadership capabilities within Scrum/ART environments.

Ability to solve complex technical issues through analytical, multi‑faceted approaches.

Fluent English (MUST).

Experience in regulated environments (advantage for success).
