Client Location - Germany (remote from EMEA also considered)

Project Focus -Assess and advise on the client's current ServiceNow CMDB and CSDM implementation.Apply ServiceNow best practices to bring the CMDB back to a state where out-of-the-box capabilities can be fully leveraged.Provide technical advisory on integrating custom Service Level Management processes into ServiceNow.Guide implementation of the Digital Portfolio Management module, ensuring alignment with CMDB foundations.
Key Skills & Experience Required -Certified ServiceNow Technical Architect with strong technical expertise on the platform.Deep understanding of CMDB: design, structure, and governance.Proven track record in conducting technical assessments, creating solution stories, and providing best practice advisory.Experience in healthcare or regulated industries is a strong plus.English required; German language proficiency is highly desirable.
