For our costumer in the insurance sector, we are looking for a Life Insurance Process Manager (m/f/d) with French and Dutch Language Skills.
Location: 2 days per week onsite in Belgium / 3 days per week remote

Tasks:
- AS IS Process documentation
- Process revision and update of associated documentation
- Internal control framework definition for regulatory controls
- 100% backlog resorption for regulatory alerts
- Description and documentation of training for internal staff (+ give the training)
- Description, documentation and analysis of AS IS process (AML, monitoring of UBOs, Finscan/ComplyAdvantage alerts,...)
- Process revision and update of associated documentation based on inconsistencies or weaknesses identified in AS IS process analysis (process flow + procedure to be validate by Life Corp Management and Compliance).
- Document necessary internal control framework where needed, and define monitoring approach to roll-out in BAU.
- Part of a taskforce of 2 resources, you will:
o Monitor and coordinate the activity of the taskforce
o Drive the taskforce team (in alignment with Life Corporate Manager) to ensure backlog resorption for regulatory alerts within agreed timeframe.
o Ensure exhaustive feedbacks loops and communication with Compliance team.
- Description and documentation of training for internal staff
- Deliver training to internal staff
- Plan handover of the taskforce’s activities.
Requirements:
- Experience in the life insurance sector in Belgium (Regulatory and compliance)
- Tools such as FinScan and / or Comply Advantage (or similar ones)
- Ability to structure a process and associated procedures.
- Knowledge of identification of process risks (regulatory, operational, compliance, financial,...) and Ability to design appropriate control framework
- Strong communication skills and is Ability to coach/support internal resources in training path and ramp-up.
- Ability to adapt his/her communication depending on counterparties (peers discussion, reporting to Management,...)
- Manage standard MS Office tools
