Für unseren Kunden suchen wir ab Januar 2026 einen Software / Data Engineer (m/w/d) TM1, SQL

Development Tasks:

• Maintenance/bug fixing/adaptation/improvement of existing code (TM1, SQL), software and applications with regard to the new requirements
• Develop the technical design within existing application architecture at the component- or service level
• Technology base is TM1.
• Validate if new requirements can be implemented within current software architecture.
• Improve performance and security aspects of current architecture
• Implement features and change requests including requested analysis and design and coding activities and required documentation.
• Create the necessary unit tests and component integration tests to ensure the compliance to the specifications
• Update the build procedures and the configuration management information as needed
• Implement DevOps activities in the product team to streamline development and operations
• Ensure product-specific operations activities
• Triggering of Change process for Bug fixes, Changes and automation in mutual agreement. Execute Post-Implementation activities
• Assessing the operational impact during Major Releases and Releases of Satellite systems
• Assessment of product release/code base changes regarding an increase on operational efforts
• Assessment of product releases/code base changes regarding their impact and risks on operations
• Independent consulting, conception and development of application components and services (frontend, backend and data processes) and use of Azure DevOps tools for source code management and documentation of project progress.
• Carrying out code reviews via pull requests
• Perform bug fixing with a zero-defect mindset

Requirement Analysis Tasks:

• Moderate discussions to drive agreement on the GRPro 2.0 system requirements and ensure that correct and clear business requirements are properly captured, documented, modelled and specified, and that the implementation meets the customer's needs. Documentation must be stored in Azure DevOps tool.
• Gathering, documenting, aligning and managing the consistency of requirements for both the individual GRPro 2.0 product and its integration into an IT application landscape
• Structure the implementation of business requirements as essential elements in the GRPro 2.0 project backlog within time and budget defined for a project
• Ensure appropriate level of functional GRPro 2.0 product documentation (required for implementation, test, maintenance and support), e.g.: Business Use Cases, Business Rules, Domain Model in Enterprise Architect, etc.
•Verify quality and functionality during functional testing of requirements as part of the overall project testing strategy.
