For our client, a renowned German media company, we are looking for two experienced freelancers to develop smart TV applications.
Key Information:
Start Date: October 15, 2025
Duration: Until December 15, 2025, with a total of 520 hours
Location: 100% remote
Project Language: English
Several years of professional experience in developing Smart TV applications, ideally on web-based platforms. A proven track record in building and deploying applications for common Smart TV operating systems (Tizen, Vidaa, webOS). Solid knowledge of TypeScript and the integration of video players (e.g., Shaka Player, AVPlay). Expertise in video streaming technologies (DASH/HLS), DRM systems (PlayReady, Widevine), and designing TV-specific UI/UX patterns. A deep understanding of video technologies and their underlying functionalities. Experience in performance optimization for embedded systems is an advantage.
