End-To-End Ownership. Drive the design process from discovery to launch. Youl will lead user research, define user flows, build prototypes, and deliver final visuals for both mobile and desktop experiences.
Own the hub: take full design responsibility for the clients Hub and our customer-facing apps, ensuring they drive adpotion and self-service.
Design for AI: Lead the product design activities for the clients AI Agent strategy. You will figure out how users visualize, control, and trust automated AI workflows.
AI-Enhanced Workflow: Use AI-Driven prototyping and data generation tools to validate concepts faster. You don't just draw screens; You build interactive flows to test assumptions early.
Data-Driven Iteration: Validate Your designs not just on "Gut Feeling" but through rigorous user interviews, usability testing, and analytics frameworks.
Localization: Ensure our interfaces adatp seamless to different markets (e.g. German precision vs. Italian workflows), handling localization as a design feature, not an afterthought.
Collaboration: Bridge the fap betweeen design and code. You will work closely with Engineering to ensure technical feasability and with Product to align with business gials.
