Hands-on knowledge of cloud migration tools (NetApp CVO Analytics tool, MigRaven or other) and processes and data integration techniques Ability to perform data analysis and mapping to align data structures between source and target systems Familiarity with cloud platforms utilizing & migrating to new cloud-based Landing zone such as SharePoint Online (SPO), Azure Files and Azure NetApp Files. Experience in data validation, cleansing, and testing for accuracy Understanding of data security and compliance requirements Experience with performance tuning of data migration processes Identity & Security (Active Directory) Resilienz & Disaster Recovery Automatisierung & Scripting (PowerShell, Python) Power BI Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple migrations Excellent communication and teamwork skills English fluent
