- Hands-on QA experience in both mobile and web environments, with strong skills in manual and automated testing.- Excellent organizational abilities and a keen eye for edge cases. You collaborate closely with Product to understand upcoming releases, ensure features are testable, and guide them through the release process.- Familiarity with tools such as Tricentis (or similar), Jira/Linear, Git, and Firebase.- Experience testing iOS and Android apps; knowledge of modern web testing frameworks.- Clear, direct communication style with developers and PMs. We value honesty, openness, and clarity.- Fluent in English; minimum German level B1.- Experience with CE-marked or otherwise regulated (medical) products.- Understanding of accessibility and security testing.- Experience working in startups or scale-ups.- Ability to write simple test code (no need for production-level app development).
