Development of a digital donation platform (Microsoft Power Platform + BC)

Our organization is looking for an experienced developer (m/f/d) or a specialized team to implement a fully integrated, digital donation management and communications solution based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Power Automate, Power Pages, and complementary systems. The goal is a fully automated and scalable workflow for donation receipt, donor communications, partner integration, and reporting.

🔹 Project Scope & Features

1. FundraisingBox Integration:

- Import of online donations via API or CSV

- Data validation & transfer to BC (donor data, amount, purpose)

- Duplicate check



2. Posting in Business Central:

- Automatic donation posting (SKR 49)

- Use of dimensions (project, country, partner)

- Marking for donation receipts



3. Donation receipts:

- Automatic creation (PDF) for each donation & as an annual overview

- Sending via email + PDF storage in the DMS (e.g., Amagno)



4. Communication Automation:

- Power Automate Flows for:

• Thank you message (email + optionally WhatsApp)

• Project update with photo/link

• Automatically send PDF annual overview

- WhatsApp Business API connection via Twilio/360dialog

- Recording opt-ins and GDPR-compliant processing



5. Power Pages Donor Portal:

- Login for major donors & Sponsors

- Display of donation history, PDF downloads, project status

- Self-service: address changes, SEPA mandates, communication settings

- Technical implementation with Dataverse + connection to BC



6. Partner portal or feedback form:

- Daily status updates on project progress & cash disbursements

- Upload function for receipts (PDF, images)

- Automatic processing via Power Automate:

• Posting expenses in BC

• Document transfer to DMS

• Email confirmation to partners + project team



7. DMS connection:

- Connection to Amagno or SharePoint

- Automatic filing of receipts, reports, and forms

🔹 Technical requirements for the freelancer

- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse)

- Experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central (API, Extensions, SKR 49)

- Experience with WhatsApp Business API (Twilio, 360dialog, or similar)

- Ability to integrate external tools (e.g. (e.g., FundraisingBox, Amagno)

- Experience with DMS, GDPR-compliant processing, and automated PDF generation

- Willingness to provide documentation and handover with guidance for our team
