Project Description
The project involves variant configurator modelling for product lines across multiple development projects.
Responsibilities
Perform data modelling for variant configurator (SAP LO-VC and iPPE).
Model VC configurator within development projects and as a product structure (PSM-VC) in iQUAVIS, including relationship knowledge.
Create, evaluate, and test maximum BOM (Bill of Material) and work plans in close collaboration with specialist departments in SAP iPPE.
Maintain low-level relationship knowledge.
Act as the primary contact person in business for VC configurators.
Maintain, support, and further develop the SAP configurator landscape in SAP ECC.
Mandatory Skills
Strong experience with SAP LO-VC (Variant Configuration).
Knowledge of SAP iPPE (Integrated Product and Process Engineering).
Experience in BOM creation and work plan testing.
Familiarity with iQUAVIS for modelling product structures.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Understanding of PSM-VC modelling.
Experience in R&D environments.
