Service Description
o Design and implementation of sustainable software systems based on the Siemens automation platform (TIA Portal) through the use of prototyping
o PLC programming (focus on Siemens/SCL) including process implementation according to ISA-88
o Creation of easy-to-maintain code base taking into account performance and memory requirements
o Development and integration of automated unit and regression tests
o Development and integration of drivers for sensors and actuators
o Documentation of design, functional and quality tests in compliance with GMP guidelines
o Validation of the software on the target hardware
o Recording and analyzing functional and technical requirements for automation solutions
Project Environment & Tools
o Siemens TIA Portal, Structured Control Language (SCL)
o Modern development practices (Scrum, version control)
o ISA-88
o Driver development, communication protocols (Modbus RTU/TCP, CAN, Ethernet/IP)
o GMP
o Git, Azure DevOps, YAML pipelines, CI/CD
