Role Overview:
We're looking for an experienced Influencer Marketing Manager to take full ownership of the creator-facing side of a live show project for a leading European fashion platform. This freelance role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, digital-first environment and has hands-on experience managing influencer activations from end to end.
Responsibilities:
• Creator Scouting & Contracting: Identify, evaluate, and onboard relevant influencers and creators aligned with the brand and liveshow themes. Handle outreach, rate negotiations, and contracts.
• Briefing & Onboarding: Guide creators through the project journey – from kick-off to live appearance. Deliver structured, goal-driven briefings covering show format, key messages, and product features.
• Product Coordination: Act as the key liaison between internal teams and creators for product orders and shipments. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products for each live show.
• Creator Communication: Maintain proactive and clear communication with all creators throughout the project. Handle queries, share updates, and resolve issues swiftly.
• Live Support: Be on-call during live shows to provide real-time support, including troubleshooting and last-minute problem-solving.
• Reporting & Feedback: Document progress, provide regular updates, and support post-show reporting by gathering feedback and performance insights.
Deliverables:
• Confirmed and briefed roster of creators per show
• Structured briefing materials and calls
• Clear documentation of product coordination processes
• Weekly status updates on creator readiness
• Post-show summaries including qualitative feedback from creators
Requirements:
• Proven experience in influencer marketing, specifically in managing and coordinating campaigns with multiple creators
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
• Availability to provide on-call support during scheduled liveshow dates
• Experience with creator contracts and negotiations
Nice to Have:
• Prior experience with live video production or live streaming platforms.
• Familiarity with the fashion/e-commerce industry.
• A pre-existing network of relevant lifestyle, fashion, or beauty creators.
