Responsibilities

•    Contribute the perspective on what is feasible with S/4HANA and LoB solutions (Business Capabilities & Best Practices).

•    Ensure consistency in key design decisions and provide support on functional topics.

•    Validate key decisions against long-term strategy, product roadmap, and technology availability.

•    Identify and drive harmonization opportunities across divisions, business types, and geographies, as well as potential for standardization.

•    Highlight the implications of deviations from standard.

•    Orchestrate product strategy workshops as needed.

•    Map solutions to business capabilities and requirements (e.g., differentiation needs).

•    Provide industry expertise (Pharma + CropScience) and bring outside-in perspectives from other customers.

•    Provide status, integration aspects and outlook in case of co-innovation.



Qualifications

•    Expert in PP, PP/PI in S/4HANA context.

•    Experience in business transformation programs.

•    Experience in GxP-regulated environments is an advantage.

•    Fluent in German (preferred) or English.

•    Senior Consultant level expertise.
