Your tasks and responsibilities
Project Support: Help manage project plans, track progress, and prepare reports for digitalization initiatives. You will be a key support for the management team, ensuring that new way of working are deployed in the daily operations.
Assist in the deployment and roll out oft he scalable data solutions within the Skywise / Palantir Foundry platform to support divisions and functions across Europe.
Process Analysis: Work with senior team members to analyze current workflows, identify areas for improvement, and propose digital solutions to enhance efficiency and data integrity.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with various teams, including engineering, design, and IT, to gather requirements and ensure seamless collaboration.
The activity consists of giving support to the Application Product Manager/Owner.
More precisely it is:
manage the development project ensuring the right drumbeat (roadmap, always uptodate planning, data quality in Agility) and risks&opps
manage the backlog of User Story (write, update, review)
Support the SecDevOps team by providing explanations and answering their questions (during Refinement session, Grooming Session, by mail/chat/in presence following context)
perform the user story validation and acceptance
make demo to the business for new functionality and ensure business feedback is integrated
manage the performance of the run mode of the application following requirements SLA/SLO with SecDevOps team (all ITIL chapters, monitoring, perform incident analysis, manage prioritisation, contribute to RUN mode performance KPIs of the product, continuous improvement, ...)
Trace application management decision (MoM, support slides if needed)
Ensure product knowledge is well captured in IT4IT management tools and documentation (project mgt, ARD, Agility, SNow, My_Portfolio, My_DataCompliance...)
The person should have experience in AGILE methodology (SAFe and Scrum Agile)

Desired skills and qualifications
Master’s degree in the area of business school, Engineering school, data analytics or data science or an equivalent field of study.
Basic knowledge of project management
Experience in Agile Development methode
Hands-on experience with Skywise / Palantir Foundry for building and deploying end-to-end data solutions is a plus.
You have experience with software tools such as Planisware, and JIRA.
Data exploration and quality monitoring mindset
Able to cope with multicultural and international working environment
Rigorous, autonomous and with good interpersonal and communication skills
