Your Profile
Proven leadership experience managing technical teams - leadership mindset is key.
Technical understanding of software development, system integration, and APIs - no coding required, but you understand software development and integration services, and how electronic data interchange works
Strong communication skills, decisiveness, and a collaborative leadership style.
A true people-first approach and ability to act as a sparring partner for both your team and management.
