Role Overview
As a Technical Lead Embedded Software, you will be part of a software development team responsible for the industrialization of advanced products. You will lead embedded software initiatives, guide engineers, and ensure high-quality delivery in a technically demanding environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead embedded software development projects in Matlab/Simulink/C++ environments.
Mentor engineers and ensure quality, estimation accuracy, and timely delivery.
Translate system-level requirements into detailed software specifications.
Plan and manage software sub-projects using a waterfall-style approach:
Effort estimation
Requirements elicitation
Resource coordination
Risk management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
Drive continuous improvement in development processes and tools.

Software Engineering: 5-8 years
Technical Project Management: 5-8 years
Education
Engineering degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or similar
