Your Skills
- Strong experience in Life Sciences manufacturing operations
- hands-on expertise with Rockwell Automation Software (PharmaSuite MES) deployments, including core model implementations
- Proven track record as MES Technical Lead in complex, large-scale environments
- pharmaceutical industry knowledge and proven ability in requirements documentation
- Strong background in solution architecture and requirements analysis
- In-depth knowledge of IT/OT integration and data mapping
- Experienced in governance, standards, and framework development for MES core models
- Skilled in stakeholder communication and workshop facilitation
- Key expertise: Rockwell Automation Software (PharmaSuite MES), pharmaceutical industry, requirements documentation
Your Tasks
- Translate client requirements into actionable and innovative MES solutions
- Lead the strategy, design, and build of future MES libraries/blocks, including IT/OT integration and data mapping
- Act as counterpart for the Data & Connectivity Lead on the client side (Servier)
- Establish governance and rules around MES core model development
- Drive the MES Center of Excellence (CoE) in Turkey.
- Deploy and manage Rockwell PharmaSuite MES implementations, including core model approach.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to capture requirements and feedback.
- Create comprehensive documentation to support solution implementation.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize MES solutions to meet client needs and industry standards.
