Customer Service Representative (m/w/d)
Your Responsibilities:
Maintenance of customer service within agreed service levels
Independent communication with internal customers and logistics service providers
Overview and control of import and export activities
Delivery creation in SAP
Management of customer complaints
Management of returns according to procedure
Support the team quality during deviation investigations and SOP development.
Product customization coordination: sticker POs, inventory control, and customization execution with the logistics service
Intrastat reporting
Truck schedule
Issue Tracker support
Support of TT evaluation
Truck shipping information
Send a daily readiness list for Benelux
Implement and/or participate on continuous improvement initiatives
SME of SOP related to Operations
Students/apprentice support and training
Clinical trials support
Your Profile:
SAP knowledge required
Experience in GMP /GDP
Understanding of logistics processes
Understanding and experience of demand & replenishment processes
Power BI knowledge would be a plus
Fluent in English and German written and spoken.
