Service Overview
The external Service Manager Collaboration & Identity / Authentication assumes responsibility for the
Implementation, management and further development of enterprise solutions in the areas of Microsoft platform (Microsoft 365, Azure SQL Database,
Microsoft SQL Server, etc.) und Identity & Authentication.

Service Responsibilities
• Management of the entire lifecycle of solutions in the areas of Microsoft Platform and Identity & Authentication
• Budgeting, cost optimization and ensuring financial transparency of the responsible services
• Ensuring operational operations: SLA monitoring, performance monitoring, continuous improvement
• Governance and further development of ITIL-oriented processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration Management)
• Interface management between IT, security, procurement and business units
• Promote secure and compliant use of services through automation, policy enforcement, and user enablement

Required Knowledge & Experience
• Deep understanding of Microsoft platforms and Identity & Authentication technologies
• Proven experience in service management and IT operations (incl. cost and financial control)
• In-depth knowledge of common governance and compliance models (e.g. ITIL, ISO, internal security policies)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Analytical thinking with strong problem-solving skills
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration (IT, Business, Security, Procurement)
