Are you an experienced scheduling professional with a passion for precision and leadership? We are looking for a Senior Scheduler to take ownership of end-to-end planning for operational readiness projects at a leading pharmaceutical site in Visp. This is a long-term freelance opportunity with high visibility and impact.

Start DateEarliest: 9 MarchLatest: Mid-MarchDurationInitial contract: 12 monthsStrong likelihood of annual extensionLocationVispRemote work: 1 day per weekWorkload100%Your ResponsibilitiesFull ownership of E2E schedules for operational readiness programs, including workload planning and resource updates for PCP operations.Lead coordination meetings with internal stakeholders (QA, QC, Operations, MSAT, Plant Engineering, Support teams) to update and track schedules.Support planning for multiple projects beyond scheduling tasks, ensuring operational readiness across the site.

What You BringMinimum 5 years of relevant industry experience.Expert-level skills in Primavera P6 and strong proficiency in Excel.Open and analytical mindset, comfortable working with data and building detailed schedules.

Nice to HaveStrong leadership and communication skills; confident in challenging stakeholders and driving meetings.Proactive approach and ability to ensure realistic, executable schedules.Knowledge of pharmaceutical operations/manufacturing is a plus.Solid understanding of project methodologies and willingness to dive into task-level details.
