Junior IT Project-Manager (m/w/d) REMOTE

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Project Manager to lead and coordinate multiple concurrent SAP S/4HANA projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP project delivery, stakeholder management, and cross-functional team leadership. This role requires a balance of strategic oversight and project execution.



Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Manage end-to-end delivery of S/4HANA projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets.

• Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations. Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.

• Stakeholder Management: Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including business units, IT teams, vendors, and consultants.

• Risk & Issue Management: Identify risks and issues early, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure timely resolution.

• Reporting: Provide regular status updates to the Program Manager and Steering Committee. Prepare dashboards and executive summaries.

• Team Coordination: Lead cross-functional teams across business and IT. Facilitate collaboration and ensure accountability.

• Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements including alignment with CSV (Computer System Validation) team.

• Change Management: Support organizational activities related to S/4HANA adoption, interfacing with Change Manager.



Required Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in SAP-related projects.

• Proven track record of managing multiple ERP projects simultaneously.

• Understanding of SAP S/4HANA modules and implementation methodologies.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, SAP Solution Manager).

• PMP, Prince2, or similar certification is a plus.

• Fluent in English.
