For our client, a leading company in the medical technology sector, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Software Configuration Manager (m/f/d). You will serve as the central point of contact for software configuration management and play a significant role in ensuring the quality and reliability of build and release processes for software solutions used by Helios Kliniken.

Location/Remote: This project can be performed almost entirely remotely (approx. 90%). However, on-site presence in Schweinfurt is mandatory during the onboarding phase and for key coordination meetings.
Duration: The project is scheduled as a full-time engagement for the entire year of 2026.
Language: Due to the company's international nature, English is the corporate language - please have an englisch CV availaible

In-depth knowledge of Version Control Systems (VCS). Experience in designing and maintaining automated build and release pipelines. Extensive experience using common build tools. Knowledge of containerization and orchestration platforms. Experience maintaining Configuration Management Plans, procedures, and audit documentation. Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset. Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience in medical software development is desirable. Fluent German and English skills (written and spoken). Technical Stack You should demonstrate solid knowledge of the following tools and technologies: Version Control: Subversion, Git/GitHub Artifact Management: JFrog Artifactory CI/CD & DevOps Platforms: Azure DevOps, Jenkins Containerization & Build Tools: Docker, CMake Programming & Scripting: Python, Shell, YAML, C++
